On Monday the 21st November 2011 we launched our Online Guidance for Professionals, which aims to ensure that any professional working in Kingston can access the best help and assistance for a client suffering from Domestic Violence. The document is designed to be user friendly and quick to use; you can click straight through to the most relevant section.

• Is the client in immediate physical danger?
• Does the client need refuge accommodation?
• The MARAC (Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference)
• Would the client benefit from face to face advice, including free solicitor’s advice (housing and injunctions)?
• The Kingston One Stop Shop
• Would the client benefit from  Counselling?
• Citizen’s Advice
• Does the client want or need to leave? Housing, homelessness and resettlement
