The Youth Support Service runs various projects and open provision in youth centres around the borough to engage young people in fun and educational activities.

The Centre has a lively atmosphere with a vast array of activities taking place both at the Centre and at other off site locations in South Wales and the Midlands region. We cater for all levels of ability in the following activities.
Albany Park Youth Club meets at Albany Park Canoe and Sailing Centre every Wednesday evening.
Participants will have the opportunity to take part in a programme of activities including: kayaking, canoeing, mountain biking, rock climbing and power boating.

Dickerage is an integral part of Kingston Youth Support Service and is the only Adventure Playground within the Royal Borough of Kingston. The playground has exciting activities / equipment including a five-a-side ball court, youth café with Internet access and a 30ft mountain play tower. Our enthusiastic staff run a variety of activities ranging from sports, karaoke, arts and crafts and trampolining.
It is situated within the Dickerage Lane Recreation Ground, and provides sports and activities for children and young people of all ages.

Also overseeing all Duke of Edinburgh's Award work within schools.
Widely adopted, universally recognised programme for the development of young people. Four sections (skills, physical, expedition and service/volunteering) in three levels (Bronze, Silver and Gold) minimum age of entry is 14 years and in school year 10.
We are now full for Bronze and Silver groups for 2011/12.

FAB is a club for young people with disabilities ages 8 to 25 from 10am to 3pm on Saturdays at Devon Way.

A project that takes referrals from other agencies to work with young people during school holidays and runs an open youth provision at Barnfield Youth Centre and the Devon Way Centre.

Streetbased youth work enables the Youth Support Service to engage with young people who otherwise would not access any youth provisions in their area. Workers are on the streets offering information, advice and support in various parts of the borough and on Tuesdays and the first and third Saturday of the month in Kingston town centre.
YoungLivin' Bus
Additional to the above streetbased work we also offer a sexual health drop in called SHARXX on our Younglivin’ Bus every Thursday 3:30pm – 6:30pm in Kingston town centre outside JD Sports/Accessorize.
Workers on the Younglivin’ Bus also provide general information, advice and support service in all local secondary schools every Tuesday lunch times on a rota basis.

Teenage Autistic Group Youth Club provides leisure and social opportunities for young people with disabilities between the ages of 16 and 25 years of age. The programme aims to integrate the young people into the local community as well as developing independence, self confidence and self esteem. Meets Fridays at Devon Way Centre 7.30pm - 9.30pm
