The Children and Young People’s Trust Board is responsible for implementing the priorities in the Children and Young People's Plan and is the key governance and decision making body for children and young people’s services and the Children’s Trust arrangements in Kingston.
The Board is responsible for recommending and implementing the overall vision, agreeing priorities and strategic direction, approving the development of new service provision and processes, identifying and pooling resources and monitoring the effectiveness of our work in improving the outcomes for children and young people.
The Board is chaired by the Chief Executive of RBK and its membership includes senior officers of the local authority and other agencies who are able to take decisions and make commitments to service developments. The key partners are:
