Becoming a member of the TrustMark scheme:
TrustMark Application
If you're interested in becoming a TrustMark Scheme member, you will need to meet the requirements of the scheme’s Code of Practice which sets out how you deal fairly with consumers and they with you. Please see the contact details below to get further details of the scheme.
If you are interested in joining, please complete the application form which is available from Exor and return it to them.
The application process is in two parts. The first part requires basic contact information about your company. There is no cost to you for completing part 1 of the application Once you have submitted this information you will receive a reference code that will enable you to complete part 2 of the application. There is a checking process following your application which will include looking at your trading history, checking your insurances and references, etc.
The cost to join the scheme is £300 plus VAT for the first year and £150 plus VAT for the next two years. This equates to £16.66 per month over the 3 year term but please note that membership is renewable on an annual basis and there is no requirement to sign up for 3 years unless you choose to continue.
