How to apply for a Personal Licence

The application comprises of:

1) An application form

2) A disclosure of convictions

3) A certified qualification which is the National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders Please see information on training providers

4) A criminality check: This must be no older than one month prior to application, and can be obtained either by requesting a personal Data Access check through your local Police station, or as a basic disclosure through the Scottish Criminal Bureau.

5) Two passport type photgraphs on of which is endorsed on the reverse by a person of local standing that it is a true likeness.

6) The fee of £37

How to apply for a Premise Licence

Please complete each section appropriately. We may be contacted by phone (0208 547 5078) or email if you have any questions on how to complete a particular section.  It is better to submit a correct application than to have it sent back to you because of an error.·

Applicants are reminded that where they wish to include live and or recorded music in their licence then there is a requirement to obtain a copyright licence from a company such as P.R.S (The Performing Rights Society).

The fees due for each application are given separately within this site. Payment can be made by cheque (made payable to Kingston Corporation) sent with the paper application.
