Health and Safety Guidance
If your premises holds or you are applying for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 you should ensure that all risk assessments undertaken and documentation held for the activities and equipment are available for inspection by enforcing officers of the Council or Fire Service. A statement to this effect should be made in the operating schedule.
