Registration of Food Business
If you are opening a new food business in Kingston, or are about to take over the running of an existing food business, you must register with our Environmental Health department using the form below.

We are unable to provide an application form on this page. Due to the specialist nature of the application it is strongly recommended that you speak with an Environmental Health Officer in the Food Safety team, who will be pleased to send you the relevant application form by email.
